These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rvrhealthcare.in and the healthcare services provided by RVR Super Speciality Centre Private Limited ("RVR", "we", "us", "our"), located at 2nd Floor, Landmark Ayush, Mother Theresa Road, Falnir, Mangaluru, Karnataka — 575001.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or availing any of our medical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Medical Services and Clinical Disclaimer

RVR Super Speciality Centre provides specialist medical consultation, diagnostic, and treatment services. The following conditions apply to all clinical interactions:

• All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are the exclusive professional responsibility of the treating specialist.
• Information published on our website is for general awareness only and does not constitute medical advice. It should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.
• Outcomes of medical treatment cannot be guaranteed. Results vary based on individual patient condition, diagnosis, and response to treatment.
• In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or call us at 0824 2005000. Do not rely solely on website content in emergencies.

2. Appointments and Consultations

• Appointments can be scheduled via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on our website. Appointment confirmation is subject to specialist availability.
• Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time for registration.
• RVR reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of specialist unavailability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
• Walk-in consultations are available subject to queue and specialist availability during OPD hours (9AM to 10PM).
• For Sundays and special OPDs, prior appointment is recommended. Availability varies by specialist.

3. Fees, Billing and Payments

• Consultation fees are applicable per visit per specialist. Current fee schedules are available at the front desk.
• Fees are payable at the time of registration or prior to consultation. RVR accepts cash and common digital payment modes.
• Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable unless there was an error in billing on RVR's part.
• Diagnostic, procedure, and treatment charges are separate from consultation fees and will be communicated in advance.
• RVR is registered under GST (GSTIN: 29AANCR5701K1ZX). Tax invoices are provided for all billable services.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients and their accompanying persons are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information at the time of registration and during consultation.
• Follow the instructions, treatment plan, and advice provided by the treating specialist.
• Maintain respectful conduct towards all staff, doctors, and fellow patients within the facility.
• Inform RVR of any changes in their health condition, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment.
• Comply with the facility's safety, hygiene, and visitor guidelines at all times.

5. Website Use

• All original content on rvrhealthcare.in — including text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of RVR Super Speciality Centre Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. Certain images used on this website, including those appearing in blog articles, are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners. RVR does not claim ownership over such third-party images.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVR Super Speciality Centre Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Treatment outcomes that are inherently uncertain due to the nature of medical science.
• Delays or disruptions to services caused by circumstances beyond RVR's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence or fraud.
